Who is Shaggy?

Considered royalty of the seafood boil, Chris Shaggy Davis of Boil Inc., is a master of his trade, creating an experience rich in the rugged, native tradition of the New Orleans crawfish boil, while at the same time, delivering the finest South Louisiana on or off-site catered affair appropriate for every occasion. For nearly 20 years, he has culled his seafood directly from the docks so that every item is literally fresh off of the boat. No matter your venue, Shaggy not only brings the boil to you, he personally attends to every detail you wish to leave in his care.
